Michael P. (Mike) Bolin

Call it a broad and diverse professional history, providing strategic direction, business management and leadership in a wide range range of capacities within the Global Financial Services industry. Experience gained from roles that focused on strategic and competitive analysis, client value, business expansion, merging companies and cultures, financial and risk management, cost reduction, talent development and change management.

Having held a number of senior management roles in the Financial Services Industry - Global Fixed Income COO, Chief of Staff to the CEO, COO EMEA, Chief Administrative Officer, Head of Human Resources, Communications & Marketing and Organizational Transformation -  I know how companies operate effectively and efficiently. And as a member of the Group Managing Board of UBS, I have successfully worked with leaders at the highest level. All the necessary ingredients to understand how high performing companies operate from both a business and leadership perspective.

Throughout my career I developed a passion for creating and leading high performing individuals and teams, building connected management teams and designing new strategies to secure a pipeline of talent aligned to both the current and future needs of a firm. Add to this the fact that I've mentored, counseled and coached people at all organizational levels and leadership ranks within Banking, Asset Management, Technology, Legal and Professional Sports industries and what you have is someone who can help you grow your business and your talent.

A skilled relationship builder, I enjoy working collaboratively to deliver talent strategy and organisational change. I thrive on creative problem-solving, influencing at all levels of seniority to ensure lasting results. I am passionate about enabling those around me to achieve their potential.
