The Process

This may be my favorite project that I worked on to date. Because it didn't just help out our client add big revenue to their bottom, it helped hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs prove to themselves that they could indeed succeed online.

Having worked personally on the development of the curriculum for this program it was of paramount importance that it not just be a big turd wrapped in a pretty bow.

The education provided needed to be top notch. It needed to actually be able to produce results. Otherwise, the offer would fall a part. As the real goal was for the customers who purchased the course to drive more sales for our client.

To start with, we created a 14 day action packed challenge, that would move them from not knowing anything of how to sell online to within 30 days gaining their first sale online.

The key to the front end conversion being so high was the ultimate guarantee. Pay the $27 on the front end, do every day of the challenge and get your first sale within 30 days of joining and we'd refund their $27.

This guarantee worked like gangbusters and our conversion rates shot through the roof.

In the first 35 days of launching the program we generated over $110,000 in front end sales. And out of those over 4,000 challenge participants we were able to train them effectively where they produced over $8 million in additional sales for our client all within the first 4 months of launching the program.
